Frequently Asked Questions:

Now that we have been up and running for a fair amount of time, a few questions have popped up on a regular basis.

How do I know I am getting my pet back?

Fair enough. In fact, I felt the same way the first time I had one of my pets cremated. For me, this is where our integrity and your trust meet face to face. We treat your pet as if it is one of our pets.

Here is our policy and the procedure we follow to GUARANTEE that you get YOUR pet back…

When we receive your pet, we fill out a paper tag with all of your info – your name, phone number, pets name and pets approximate weight – used for billing.

Next we assign your pet with a stainless steel tag that remains with your pet through the entire process. The number on the stainless tag will be noted on the paper informational tag for additional cross referencing. The stainless steel tag is returned with your pet

How will I get my pets remains returned?

Each pets remains are returned in a sealed plastic bag inside one of our urns.

If your vet clinic is managing your pets cremation the ashes will be returned to your clinic.

If you brought your pet directly to us, we will call you when your pet is ready to go home.
